Job Description
• Develop survey plans, methods, and procedures for conducting legal surveys
• Creating and developing standard of procedures for setting out, measuring, and surveying
• Creating and developing standard for surveying inspection forms
• Ensure the project team follow standard procedures and method of measurement
• Perform Weekly, Monthly building control point checking
• Collaborating and working with project managers, construction crews, and government agencies, when necessary
• Analyzing data using plans, maps, charts, and software such as AutoCAD and GIS programs
• Advise, provide consultation, and testify as an expert witness on matters related to legal surveys
• Performs other tasks and projects assigned by the direct supervisor
