Job Description
• Ensure that every daily movement of every single inventory item,
• following the process, have enough document support and well recording with or without the system.
• Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and performance
• Organize and maintain inventory and storage area
• Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy
• Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems
• Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status
• Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices
• Coordinate resolution of facilities, equipment, infrastructure and system breakdown to minimize downtime
• Develop Workplace Safety and Health solution and coordinate activities with other departments.
• Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirement
• University degree with Business Administration or equivalent skills
• At least 1 years or more experience in stock controller
• Working at weekend when required.
• Good at Communication, and negotiation.
• Have good computer skill (Microsoft Office, Internet and Email)
• Able to use English both speaking and writing
• Willing to work as a team.
• Honest, hardworking and flexible.
