Job Description
• PURPOSE OF THE JOB
o Manage technical (installation & service)
o Manage team to settle problem on time and efficiency
o Monitor customer during warranty period
o Manage team of stilled technician
o MAIN DUTIES
o Supervise the activities of service technicians to ensure efficient job performance and timely repairs
o Management schedule of filter replacement for customer
o Management installation team to ensure that on time with efficiency
o Management requirement from sales team about installation and service
o Oversee the hiring and training of an effective technical team
o Monitor spar part inventory to regulate and ensure availability of required parts
o Listen to client complaints and propose solution
o Management products and services warranty policy
o Set up system to call customer for service
o Do as leader and staff management.
o Other tasks assigned by superior
Job Requirement
• Must have a bachelor’s degree mechanic, or relevant fields.
• Minimum 4 years experiences in costumer durable industry
• Able to use English as well along with Khmer
• Good communication skills as well.
• Computer, Ms. Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet & email
• Can open to travel to support all dealers and customers
• Can able to manage the team of mechanics/technician and advisors (team experience is mandatory)
• Can train new mechanics/technician
• Consumer durable (washing machine, air-con refrigerator, pump… etc.)
