• Work with car dealer (new and second hand)
• Work with garage (repair and assembly cars) and spare-parts shop
• Process auto loan for customer from car dealer
• Cooperate with financial institutions (Insurance, bank, Micro Finance)
• Knowledge of telecommunication companies and financial institutions
• Have networking with local government
• Contact to consumer who want to buy car through our service
• Can go to collect money, Vehicle, Motorcycle from clients and so on
• Make good relationship with financial staff and clients
• Promote about product and service to clients
• Must perform other duty as assigned by Supervisor if it is necessary
• Be able to travel to province if there is request from company

• Check GPS devices problem (MCCS)
• Install GPS device (MCCS) on the vehicle (Toyota, Lexus car etc.)
• Monitoring MSPF System
• Repair car electronic system and suspension (Toyota, Lexus car etc.)
• Make a schedule for checking GPS Devices (MCCS) with customers
• Maintain equipment and tools in good condition
• Other job as per assigned by the Automotive Supervisor
• Communicate with customer in a polite way

• Real-time tracking and monitoring of the GPS to ensure all vehicle with GPS application are followed
• Liaising with drivers and following up with customers to confirm issue status.
• Observe and monitor all suspicious alert form systems and make requests to relate teams to perform an action on time.
• Co-ordination and responding to emergency situations.
• Assisting in the evaluation of all drivers’ performance
• Making reports on a regular basis or when requested

• Manage, execute, and control Digital Marketing activities of all GMS business (Auto loan, garage, HR, etc.) including running Facebook Ads within budget to meet KPIs
• Manage, run and improve social media platforms such as Facebook pages, Instagram, YouTube, Tik Tok, etc.
• Creative content creations (design posters, make and edit videos, copywriting, write articles, etc.) to post on Paid, Owned and Earned media
• Contribute to support all of GMS sales and marketing activities to grow the business and meet KPIs
• Develop new Sale Leads, follow up with existing Sales Leads, handle sales inquiries, including cold calls to new customers and follow-up to achieve sales
• Do market research of auto loan and garage based on data and develop up-to-date marketing strategies to follow market trends
• Create annual plan to improve sale and achieve KPIs
• Other tasks that may arise as needed
