Job Description
• The position will ensure the quality of training curriculum, teaching and learning outcomes for the students for both theory and practice in the field subject with the following objectives:
o To manage the daily performance of the computer teachers in PSE.
o To control and ensure the computer skill quality of all students assessments in CR & PSE-I.
o To design and support the implementation of the school ICT curriculum in CR & PSE-I; ICT training content for HR.
o To support and coordinate with HR to provide the ICT skill to the staff in PSE.
o To coordinate and set up the teaching schedule of ICT computer subject in CR & PSE-I.
Job Requirement
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Education Management or similar field of study. Master Degree is a plus
• Very good command of using English language.
• Minimum of 4 years successful full-time teaching experience.
• Experience in supervising a team and leading any school improvement projects.
• Strong knowledge of ICT skill.
• Very good interpersonal and communication skill.

• MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Problem solving: Dealing with issues of quality of teaching and learning of the teachers, teacher’s curriculum adaptation and recommend for pedagogic improvement and capacity building of teachers

• MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
o S/he will manage analyse of budgeting and financial report
o S/he will responsible to Consolidate the accounts and financial statements of the different departments ensuring compliance with current legislation. o Financial management: This position will assist F.D to manage annual total budget (7.5M$USD) for the whole PSE programs and the validation bank payment process up to 5K$USD
o Accounting: Oversee all financial operations, audit and tax functions.
o Problem solving: S/he will provide clear advice and solution all the finance and accounting issues, well translate the policies and procedures to all staff and directors, and also ability to take lead and advice for some change of the process or procedures
o Communication: Internal organization: Work with all managers, directors, internal auditors. External organization: Work with external auditors, governments, and consultants.
Job Requirement
• JOB REQUIREMENTS:
o Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, accounting or related fields
o Knowledge of Cambodia financial and tax regulations, especially those pertaining to not-for-profit organization
o At least 5-7 years experience in financial analysis and management
