• The position will ensure the quality of training curriculum, teaching and learning outcomes for the students for both theory and practice in the field subject with the following objectives:
o To manage the daily performance of the computer teachers in PSE.
o To control and ensure the computer skill quality of all students assessments in CR & PSE-I.
o To design and support the implementation of the school ICT curriculum in CR & PSE-I; ICT training content for HR.
o To support and coordinate with HR to provide the ICT skill to the staff in PSE.
o To coordinate and set up the teaching schedule of ICT computer subject in CR & PSE-I.

• Soft Skill Program Quality Management
o Liaise with Schools’ Dean to set up soft skill training schedule / plan at each school.
o Disseminate training plan to students at each school.
o Organize training event and conduct the training as planned.
o Conduct pre and post assessment of the training to ensure the progress of student learning.
o Innovate soft skill training methodologies to ensure the up-todate methods to be applied.
o Soft Skill Curriculum Development
o Monitor and evaluate soft skill curriculum to develop better content for better learning results.
o Take initiatives to innovate the curriculum content and methodologies.
o Report
o Deliver semi-annual report of soft skill training progress to supervisor.
o Share assessment record of student’s soft skill learning to deans.

• MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Problem solving: Dealing with issues of quality of teaching and learning of the teachers, teacher’s curriculum adaptation and recommend for pedagogic improvement and capacity building of teachers
o Communication: Teachers, Student Affairs Officer, Pedagogy Department, CRPSE Admin Assistant, and GE’s Admin. Officer and GE Deputy/Director and FSD Dean etc.
o Ensure the effective adaptation of school curriculum, pedagogic materials and teaching methods
o Ensure all pedagogic materials are well-managed and kept the places where the teachers can be effectively accessed and utilized
o Maintain the school curriculum and course syllabus
o Adjust curriculum when needed
o Monitor and control quality of teaching and learning outcomes
o Lead in developing the system and tools to monitor and evaluate the quality of teaching and learning
o Collaborate and support the Pedagogy Department
o Others are assigned by PC Team Leader/Manager

• MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
o S/he will manage analyse of budgeting and financial report
o S/he will responsible to Consolidate the accounts and financial statements of the different departments ensuring compliance with current legislation. Report the financial status to finance director, PSE Board of Directors. Provide technical supervision, guidance and leadership to staff directly under supervision.
o S/he will analysis on daily transactions for all operations and payment in PSE both internal and external to complied with internal guideline and country law.
o Staff management: S/he manage 3 subordinates and collaborate with accounting team.
o Financial management: This position will assist F.D to manage annual total budget (7.5M$USD) for the whole PSE programs and the validation bank payment process up to 5K$USD
o Accounting: Oversee all financial operations, audit and tax functions.
o Problem solving: S/he will provide clear advice and solution all the finance and accounting issues, well translate the policies and procedures to all staff and directors, and also ability to take lead and advice for some change of the process or procedures
o Communication: Internal organization: Work with all managers, directors, internal auditors. External organization: Work with external auditors, governments, and consultants.

• MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
o To serve as the Manager and Administrator of the language section in PSE, providing services to the schools (General Education & institute) developing and implementing language programs.
o Working together with pedagogy Department, in charge of ensuring teaching quality and making sure the PSE students & staff reach the right language competency level.
o Guarantee language training quality and results. Develop and implement new technics. Manage curriculum and teaching methodology.
o Plan the workforce ,recruit, in charge of the school and operation management team, school teaching staff team, student overall staff management, staff/student problem solving, control the administration and finance issues.
o Responsible for the management of French school, direct responsibility of English school and Chinese school (in the future).
o Prepare and manage the yearly budget planning of the school
