Job Description
• Prepare staffing plan by analyzing staff need for replacement and new position.
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs announcement to appropriate channel such as: Facebook Page, Recruitment Website, LinkedIn, Telegram, and colleges etc.
• Source and reach out to qualified candidates for current open roles.
• Conduct screening and shortlisting for qualified candidate to contact for interview.
• Schedule and conduct an interview for shortlisted candidate.
• Select the most qualified candidate then conduct a background check and reference check before contacting for job offer.
• Prepare induction program for new recruits by welcome new recruits and give presentation on company background, policy and so on.
• Prepare contract sign and collect legal document such as National I.D, employment letter, and certification, etc. from new recruits.
• Collect document from foreign employees to process for work visa.
• Build good relationship with school, college, employment agency, N.E.A, and other partner to promote our recruitment program.
• Other tasks assigned by H.R Manager.
Job Requirement
• Bachelor degree in Business Management, or any relevant fields
• At least 1-year proven work experience in H.R field, or similar role
• Experience with recruitment is a plus
• Enjoy working with people and patient, tactful, and approachable
• Good command of English and computer skills
• Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)
• Solid communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
