Job Description
• Client Engagement:
o Take research briefs/terms of reference and communicate with clients regarding details of requests for quotes (RFQs) and projects from set-up up to the submission of project deliverables
o Project Management
o Prepare project budget, costing and schedule based on discussions with clients and internal discussions
o Prepare proposals as per project requirement
o Update all team members about project progress (from mobilization, implementation, analysis, and reporting stages
o Prepare and translate fieldwork materials (such as screener, questionnaires, and stimulus materials) from English to Khmer and vice-versa
o Assist or lead project briefings to ensure that research is conducted following Indochina Research and client specifications
o Work closely with the project staff (Fieldwork, Quality Control, and Data Management), sub-contractors (if any), and management to plan and organize work for research projects to ensure efficient and effective management and coordination of research projects and ensure that project schedules are met
o Inform Client Management Group and clients of any issues that might affect the timely completion of projects, and to identify workable solutions to those problems
o Draft research reports within a satisfactory standard (storytelling, well structured, accurate information & with analytical comments and interpretations)
o (If needed) churn data using SPSS and other statistical software which will be used as research information or as an additional ‘’meat’’ to the story of the research findings
o Business Development
o Attend meetings with clients / prospective clients together with Business Unit Head/Manager
o Help develop business by searching for prospective clients
o Be an ambassador for Indochina Research
o Administrative Compliance
o Prepare and complete necessary administrative documents within specified timeframes to help ensure efficient management of projects.

Job Requirement
• At least a bachelor’s degree in any of these fields – Market Research, Communication Research, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Business Management and Economics.
• Has experience in conducting Quantitative research projects for at least two (2) years (Market/Commercial/ /Retail Audit) from a reputable company (either research agency or client-side). Note: Academic research papers are excluded.
• Has experience in Retail Audit is a priority.
• Has experience in doing and interpreting data (Quantitative) and producing research-based insights and learnings.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and in other software such as SPSS, PowerBI, Canva, Photoshop etc
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, at ease with both local and international audiences (in terms of speaking, reading, and writing)
• Pleasing and bubbly personality
• Ability to meet deadlines and to do multiple tasks
• People-oriented and loves to communicate with staff
• Pro-active, forward thinker (innovative in thinking) and risk taker

Job Description
 To supervise IT support to users (Network, Printer, Scanner, Wi-Fi, Camera Security, LED TV, phones etc. To regularly backup all user data file
 To ensure that Android tablets, laptops and computers are functioning and well-maintained
 To manage Windows, Exchange, Mails and maintenance programs
 To manage cloud server (putting policies & maintenance)
 To track any occurrence of IT suspicious transactions and report to Senior Management team
 To support IT requirements of some research projects of IRL clients
 To maintain Internet connection; troubleshoot connection issues and be point of contact with Internet Service Provider
o To prepare documents for software design and changes, systems specifications and testing plans and liaise with systems users, management regarding systems’ changes and enhancements for future development
o To manage IT Budget and ensure adherence to annual IT financial objective
o To assist Data Management Group and Client Management Group on survey software issues (SPSS, Qualtrics, SurveyToGo)
o To create an IT Policy and ensure monitoring of compliance of all staff towards it
o To liaise with IT Teams in other IRL offices so that company-wide IT solutions are jointly developed and effectively supported for clients in the region
o To develop training programs and train IT staff regarding IT related topics to develop their skills
o Digital Management responsibilities
o To lead the digital transformation of IRL with regards to survey –planning, streamlining and executing the Digitalization Plans
o To manage current digital platforms ensuring that it is updated and usable by Client Management Group - IRLPanel and IRLBlast (SMS Survey), FB Survey
o To help streamline the online survey platforms of IRL for cost efficiencies and to have better success rate of survey completions
o To act as the admin of social media and chatapp accounts of IRL (FB, Twitter, Instagram, Telegram, Youtube)
o To be involved in future acquisition of digital platforms of IRL and provide guidance to Senior Management Team regarding business case scenarios
o Compliance with Administrative Guidelines and Procedures
o Maintain accurate project expense records to ensure compliance with Indochina Research financial administrative procedures
o Accurately prepare and complete necessary administrative documents within specified timeframes to ensure compliance and efficient management of internal administrative procedures
Job Requirement
• At least a bachelor degree in any of these fields – Information Technology, Computer Science or any related field
• Has experience in IT management for at least five (5) years
• Has sound skills in Windows platform, security set up and software installation. Has strong competency in handling servers
• Has strong knowledge of survey softwares such as SurveyToGo and Qualtrics
• Has excellent listening & communication abilities in both English and Khmer – spoken and written
• Has strong knowledge on online survey platforms, social media and chat apps
• Highly proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint or survey softwares such as SPSS, SurveyToGo, Qualtrics etc. Adaptable, flexible and highly committed
• A self-starter and can work with minimal supervision Pro-active and has strong critical thinking
