• Ensure all production equipment is operating reliably and Overall Equipment Efficiency measures are achievable during production shifts in food & beverage manufacturing plant.
• Maintains equipment to all specifications relating to electrical, instrumentation, mechanical, and troubleshooting in a team operation such as gear boxes, pumps, bearings, conveyors, valves, hydraulic machines, sensors, gauges, RTD’s, pressure transmitters, flow meters and all other type of rotary and stationary equipment
• Performs scheduled and unscheduled service activities including emergency service, preventative maintenance and installations
• Provide the Engineering or Maintenance Team with support in the implementation of production line modifications.
• Provide the Maintenance Team with support in the troubleshooting and repair of equipment or instrumentation operating under the control of an automated system.
• Willing to work on shift and participate in "On Call" service including after hours and weekend schedule rotation
• Maintain spare part levels and trigger to reorders within replenishment guidelines
• Ensure compliance with company and legislative Health, Safety, Environment, quality & food safety and housekeeping procedures.
• Maintenance of a safe operating environment within the complex and surrounding areas

• Support utility engineer on daily utility operation.
• Make sure smooth utilities supply from day-to-day operation, support and satisfy production needs on all utilities.
• Plan manpower for weekly utility operation.
• Carry out maintenance works with suppliers and engineering team.
• Test, troubleshoot and perform and perform basic repair for mechanical and electrical systems (e.g motor, pump, valve and electrical components)
• Good knowledge in boiler system, air compressor system, cooling tower system, water treatment plant, waste water treatment plant, electrical system, gen-set, building facilities, cool and chilled room systems.

• Be able to correctly complete the wiring, operation and measurement of various tests and field tests, and be familiar with the elimination methods of various factors affecting the test results.
• Understand the test acceptance standard, principle and application of low and medium pressure cabinet.
• Familiar with all kinds of test instruments and equipment, instrument usage and principle.
• Responsible for checking, identifying and reporting the use of materials in accordance with specifications and design requirements.
• Establish test instrument and equipment ledger, keep test data properly, formulate test instrument and equipment maintenance management system and operation rules, so as to achieve strict management and standardized operation.

• Complete the wiring, operation and measurement of all kinds of tests and field tests correctly, and be familiar with the elimination methods of all kinds of factors affecting the test results.
• Understand the test acceptance standard, principle and application of low pressure and medium pressure cabinet, and have the understanding and relevant experience of high pressure withstand test.Familiar with test equipment, instrument usage and principle.
• Organize the factory test and quality inspection.
