Job Description
• Assist the CEO in the timely management of communications; including written, telephone, email, and voicemail.
• Compose letters and documents and insure follow up with those that require answers, responses, and written replies.
• Arrange, coordinate, and schedule meetings; prepare meeting documents
• Serve as central point of contact for those communicating with the CEO
• Make travel arrangements for office personnel
• Maintain a content management system
• Write and distribute routine correspondence
• Become familiar with all aspects of the business
• Maintain updated contact information for company employees, suppliers, and customers
• Other tasks assigned by CEO
Job Requirement
• Bachelor degree from an accredited university
• One or two years of experience in management or a secretarial role preferred
• Highly organized, responsive, efficient, independent and proactive
• Excellent communication and time-management skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Good comment of English and chinses is plus
• Good inter-personal skill.
