• Laws and Regulations
o Keeps update on new and revised tax laws and regulations, and recommend for tax implementation
o Maintains legislative materials by reviewing and interpreting tax laws to the management
o Regular Taxation Duties
o Prepare and submit monthly and annual tax return
o Prepare and complete E-VAT in GDT’s online system
o Files all tax related documents in a proper way
o Identify tax issues and propose solutions to senior management
o Dealing direct with GDT for tax audit purpose
o Coordinate with accountants for AR and AP tax invoices
o Other tasks assigned by management
Job Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting & finance or related fields
• At least 02 years working experience with monthly and annual tax return
• Passed Diploma in Cambodian Tax or Tax agent exam is preferred
• Knowledge of Cambodian Law on Taxation
