• មានចិត្តអំនត់អត់ធ្មត់ តស៊ូ ឧស្សាហ៏ព្យាយាមក្នុងការងារ។
• អាចធ្វើការបានទោះមានសម្ពាធការងារ និងមានចិត្តរៀនសូត្រនូវអ្វីដែលថ្មី។
• មានបទពិសោធន៏ខ្លះៗក្នុងការងារសំណង់ទូទៅ ដូចជាការងារលាយបាយអរ បូកបៀកជាដើម។
• រួសរាយរាក់ទាក់ ចេះបត់បែន មានភាពស្មោះត្រង់ និងមានទំនាក់ទំនងល្អធ្វើការងារជាក្រុមបាន។
• មានការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តក្នុងការអនុវត្តន៍វិន័យក្រុមហ៊ុនដោយមានក្រមសីលធម៌ និង ការអនុវត្តន៍ល្អ។

• Experience in using power tool equipment is priority
• Experience in Construction skill is priority.
