Job Description
• Understand customer expectations on to-be bought product.
• Determine and execute improved plan or strategy used by suppliers, competitors, and customers.
• Develop strategic and creative new products or services
• Establish project goals and priorities by collaborating with Marketing and Operations.
• Transfer new idea, plan, and working process into and out of the company.
• Research, design and evaluate materials, assemblies, processes and equipment.
• Develop concepts, plan, and solutions by working with company business units.
• Monitor team metrics and objectives ensuring meeting of goals.
• Develop and refine specifications for new and/or existing products.
• Work along-side multiple departments with all aspects of product roll-out including marketing, creative, training and materials
• Document all phases of research and development.
• Manage customer relationships, behavior and Zone analysis, Customer walk-in, and Product Testing.
• Provide technical expertise for products in development, new or improvement of existing. Planning, execution, and evaluation of projects while maintaining food safety and regulatory requirements specific to the menu development.
• Additional duties as may be assigned by R&D Manager from time to time
Job Requirement
• Bachelor Degree of Research ,or any related fields
• At least 2-year experiences in research is preferable
• Knowledge in strategy business planning
• Have a good communication in English and computer skill.
• Excellent morality & professionalism
• Very good in interpersonal relationship
• High Patient and strong Commitment
• Curiosity, result-oriented, and team player.
