Job Description
- Recruit, select, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel and discipline employees and assist HR with recruiting when necessary.
- Communicate job expectations, planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing job contributions.
- Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews, prepare and complete action plans, implement production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards, resolve problems, complete audits, identify trends.
- Forecast requirements, prepare an annual budget, schedule expenditures, analyze variances, and initiating corrective actions.
- Analyze process workflow, employee and space requirements and equipment layout, implement changes.
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, participating in professional organizations.
- Responsible for all department managers and supervisors, with review/approval responsibility for all operations employees.
- Serve as primary point of contact when there are customer issues related to equipment quality, customer service, or accidents and mishaps on-site. In particular, this includes any issues on-site at client facilities, such as breaking a fence or tape residue on flooring.
- Work closely with GM and management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures and systems and to follow through with implementation.
- Establishes and maintains credible, professional relationships with clients, internal business lines, and external vendors.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and organizing skills to coordinate project activities.
- Ability to conduct research for special projects, respond timely inquiries, and present written/ oral briefings.
- Communicate and assist with all franchise as needed.

Job Requirement
- Female or Male, Age from 28 to 35.
- Experience in management, operations, and leadership.
- Minimum 5 years up working experiences relevant food franchise restaurant experience, retail store business or F&B industry.
- Strong organizational and planning skills with effective prioritization of deadlines with the ability to work under pressure with excellent time management skills.
- Self-motivate, flexible, puncture, honest, hard-working
- Communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations.
- Analytical problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work well under pressure and within short deadlines.
