• Work with the design team to fully understand the shop drawings and production drawings
• Ensure that all the MEP confirmed drawings are accompanied with detailed list of MEP material specifications, for instance, functional design, sizes and shapes
• Ensure that the MEP engineers responsible for building know the MEP drawing that assigned to them with absolute clarity with all the details and particularity and peculiarity accounted for
• Assist site MEP engineers and MEP foremen with technical advice and administrative support
• Ensure strict and correct translation of MEP drawings into construction on site
• Work in close collaboration with MEP foremen to ensure the correct installation of re-bars and form work in strict compliance with the MEP Material installation methods
• Organize and conduct project meetings for critical MEP activities
• Assist the MEP engineers in their coordination and relation with the subcontractors and vendors
• Collaborate with the procurement team for periodical review and update of the material order plan to ensure effective purchase order of MEP material
• Intervene when there are conflicts between MEP engineers and subcontractors or vendors
• Coordinate vendors’ work to ensure smooth site work progress and ensure that no one team’s work is held up by other teams
• Supervise the sub-contractors’ and venders’ work to ensure order and safety at the construction site
• Maintain staff’s performance by counseling and disciplining via planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
• Advise/steer the company toward new construction technology
• Advise the company on key construction personnel selection

- Assist in monitoring and implementing Project Safety Plan and procedures defined by HSE Manager and Project Management Team
- Conduct daily safety and housekeeping inspections on site and issue safety violations report to Direct works or Contractors. Inspect and rectify any unsafe behaviours and unsafe situations at worksite.
- Carry out regular Toolbox meeting to reinforce safety awareness and measures towards direct workers or contractors
- Review contractors’ method statement and/or safety plans on a safe working procedures point of view and check implementation on site
- Risk assessment of the site activities to ensure good working condition of Human, Equipment and Environment.
- Priorities will be to focus on following Main Hazards: fall of person from height, falling objects, Lifting Operations, Electricity on site.
- Conduct accident/incident/near-misses investigation. Analyze the root cause and corrective & preventive action.
- Keep record of accidents & near-misses reports
- Help to collect Safety statistics from Contractors for Monthly Reporting
- Organize Safety meeting with Contractors if and when required. Attend site progress meeting and highlight safety issues
- Take part in analysing nonconformities and proposing corrections, determining the causes of nonconformities, and corrective and preventive action
- Conduct routine inspection on vehicles, equipment, machinery, tools, firefighting facilities, excavations, scaffoldings, lifts, hoists & cranes etc.
- Provide toolbox talk briefing to all workers to comply with training requirements (Project Objectives / KPIs).
- Carry out Safety Inductions
- Must suspend works execution immediately whenever he/she is informed of an event that could potentially endangering human safety or harming the environment.

• Provide professional knowledge and insights on complex design-related issues to senior management
• Coordinate and oversee all technical activities relating to architectural and engineering works, including directing the design team, reviewing drafts and computer models, and approving design changes
• Communicate with different departments to discuss and organize projects from original conceptual design through construction
• Assess design feasibility and compliance by researching and analyzing associated technologies, design requirements and governmental regulations
• Communicate design plan with both internal and external stakeholders with clear relevant details
• Innovate and develop new standards, policies, and procedures for architectural design and engineering work as necessary to minimize costs and maximize efficiency

- Follow up with sub-contractor to ensure that work is being carried out as per design/specification/or planning
- Accurately inventorying construction material
- Providing technical advice and solving problems on site
- Keep track of the project schedule
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly report of manpower
- Prepare report of sub-contractors
Check the quality and safety at the construction site
- Cooperates with other departments to make smoothly operation at site as planning

• Understand costs analysis for construction, repair and maintenance project.
• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation
• Advise on a procurement strategy
• Allocate work to subcontractors
• Provide advices on contractual claims
• Prepare progress claim payment for subcontractors work
• Manage costs on a wide variety of new building projects and structure
• Assist in establishing a client’s requirements and undertaking feasibility studies
• Perform risk and value management and cost control.

• Work closely with project team involving equipment and processes associated with power systems, control system architecture, process control, mechanical installation requirements, instrumentation, and process.
• Supervise mechanical team to ensure efficient and smooth production operation, including production scheduling, coordination and throughput monitoring.
• Ensure all machinery, equipment and control systems are in safe and efficient operating conditions, for example, by providing regular mechanical check and maintenance.
• Provide reliability input into maintenance procedures, standards and specifications.
• Work with mechanical personnel, vendor, and suppliers to improve mechanical reliability, repair procedures, and drawing accuracy.
• Review production reports and resolve operational, manufacturing and maintenance problems cost-effectively and to prevent delays in production.
• Assist in the development, review, and update of job safety and health analysis and ensure that all safety, environmental and quality policies and practices are understood and complied by all the team members.
• Participate in technical and mechanical investigations, studies, problem review, new and proposed equipment, materials, process and facilities and provide sound engineering evaluations and recommendations for proposed actions.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
