• Facilitate problem solving, as may arise, between MEP Subcontractors during construction.
• Validate design issues related to MEP and suggest alternative solutions
• Assist in the installation of MEP work.
• Direct, monitor and control the activities of MEP Subcontractor.
• Liaison with MEP supervisor, Inspectors and subcontractor to witness the inspection.
• Ensure that MEP Subcontractors provides and adheres to relevant Quality documentation/records
• Ensure that MEP Subcontractors adheres to Project safety regulations.
• Plans, MEP systems interrelationships, construction sequencing and project schedule

• Review and verify structural engineers’ calculation of estimated construction materials and cost.
• Design detailed structures of all systems and elements of buildings (beams, columns, slab…).
• Lead structural engineer and design team in drawing and managing time and budget.
• Ensure structural plan is in compliance with company standards.
• Examine every risk of all structural plans to maintain architectural and structural integrity.
• Oversee on-site inspection of the structural work.

- Preparation of Tender documents, front end documents and queries
- Preparation of tender brief, read and understand the tender drawing and relevant specification.
- Bid comparison of subcontractor offers, collect cost data analyzing.
- Update and developing of price database for tender as per the subcontractor/supplier quotations.
- Checking MEP drawing, BOQ and Planning (Schedule)
- Prepare the contract or Letter of Agreement (LOA).
- Preparation of Interim Payment Certificate (IPC), Variation Order (VO) for all MEP work
- Can go to site and checking technical work at site.
- Analyzing cost between Actual cost and budget cost
- Report to Manager in charge

• Work with the design team to fully understand the shop drawings and production drawings
• Ensure that all the MEP confirmed drawings are accompanied with detailed list of MEP material specifications, for instance, functional design, sizes and shapes
• Ensure that the MEP engineers responsible for building know the MEP drawing that assigned to them with absolute clarity with all the details and particularity and peculiarity accounted for
• Assist site MEP engineers and MEP foremen with technical advice and administrative support
• Ensure strict and correct translation of MEP drawings into construction on site
• Work in close collaboration with MEP foremen to ensure the correct installation of re-bars and form work in strict compliance with the MEP Material installation methods
• Organize and conduct project meetings for critical MEP activities
• Assist the MEP engineers in their coordination and relation with the subcontractors and vendors
• Collaborate with the procurement team for periodical review and update of the material order plan to ensure effective purchase order of MEP material
• Intervene when there are conflicts between MEP engineers and subcontractors or vendors
• Coordinate vendors’ work to ensure smooth site work progress and ensure that no one team’s work is held up by other teams

• Work with the design team to fully understand the shop drawings and production drawings, if any.
• Make sure that the engineers in charge of finishing work know the architect and interior drawings with absolute clarity with all of the details and particularity and peculiarity accounted for.
• Ensure that finishing engineers understand the process of construction and support them to effectively make construction plan.
• Assist site engineers and foremen with technical advice and administrative support.
• Ensure strict and correct translation of drawings into construction on site.
• Work in close collaboration with foremen to ensure the correct installation of doors windows, bathroom materials… etc in strict compliance with the drawings.
• Organize and conduct project meetings for critical construction issues faced by finishing engineers
• Assist the MEP engineers in their coordination and relation with the sub-contractors and vendors.
• Collaborate with the Procurement team for periodical review to give feedback on the quality of construction materials to the procurement and design team.
• Intervene when there are conflicts between finishing engineers and sub-contractors or vendors
• Spend 85 % of the working hours on site to supervise the work of engineers and foremen to ensure the construction progresses as planned
• Coordinate vendors’ work to ensure smooth site work progress and ensure that no one team’s work is held up by other teams.
• Supervise the sub-contractors’ and vendors’ work to ensure order and safety at the construction site
• Maintain staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
