• Troubleshoots, repairs and maintains electrical distribution systems including electric motors, electric controls, fire alarms, and clock systems.
• Ensures the Bank building fire alarms and emergency electrical systems are operational; performs certification testing on alarm systems.
• Installs, troubleshoots and repairs new equipment and systems, including all the Bank building lights and programmable lighting controls.
• Monitors work done by outside contractors for adherence to EDC Requirements and reports back to supervisor.
• Maintain and repair fire alarm, clock, programmable lighting and access systems.
• Responds to routine and emergency calls for repairs and service.
• Analyze and respond safely and appropriately to emergency situations; perform preventive maintenance on switch gears and transformers.
• Assists in the writing of specifications for repairs and new construction.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager.

Working closely with Manager of Cards & E-Banking Department, this role is responsible for
Support in day-to-day operations and handling of project activities.

Main Duties

• Manage and monitor all figures to be reported in the report.
• Issue Visa Card, ATM Card.
• Monitor card transaction and record customer’s complaint.
• Manage Embossers and Printers.
• Manage the general administration of the department.
• Other tasks assigned by the management.
