• Preparing and plot architectural and interior design drawings.
• Prepare detailed drawings of architectural / ID designs and plans for buildings and interior according to specifications provided by architect / Interior designer.
• Develop construction drawings from existing 3D models.
• Prepare plans, layouts, as-builts, and detailed drawings.
• Preparing specifications based on technical knowledge, given information and/or sketch drawings.
• Preparing tender, construction, as-built & shop drawings for architectural and interior design drawings.
• Producing fully coordinated and accurate sets of drawings.
• Liaise with architects and engineers to gather product and structural requirements and designs.
• Calculate dimensions, weight limitations and requirements in materials.
• Visiting job sites to compile actual site measurements as necessary.
• Draw rough and detailed and construction plans based on preliminary concepts, sketches, specification sheets and other data;
• Lay out and plan using AutoCAD and other design software;
• Prepared materials list according to design specifications and quantity of required materials;
• Work with architect / Interior designer to ensure that the construction drawings are in accordance with design specification.
• Create detailed designs with computer-aided design (CAD) software.
• Identify potential operational issues and redesign products to improve functionality.
• Ensure final designs comply with regulations and quality standards.
• Use computer-aided drafting (CAD) and related software to produce construction documents.
• Taking measurements and coordination with site.
• Collaborate with designers, constructors and engineers on projects.

• Assist in designing, developing and executing Community Learning Center (CLC) construction projects in Pailin
• Work with Project Manager in reviewing project specification and in preparing project plan and design sheet
• Facilitate the bidding for the construction company
• Visit sites, prepare construction drawings and develop samples
• Work with the Construction Consulting Company in developing the construction plan
• Determine schedule, manpower and material and equipment requirements to execute construction project.
• Report all progress and expenses to Project Manager on timely basis
• Maintain quality assurance standards for projects.
• Provide technical assistance to field staff when needed
• Analyse construction problems and recommend corrective actions
• Order and stock construction materials to avoid shortage

- Follow up with site engineer of contractor and/or sub-contractor to ensure that work is being carried out as per design/specification/or planning
- Identify and highlight possible risk on project
- Accurately inventorying construction material
- Coordination for verification of extra claims raise by direct manager;
- Other tasks assigned by manager.
