• Ensure the showroom and site construction are safe, well-organized and hygience.
• Onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
• Analyze, manage and mitigate risks happen at the site.
• Plan and monitor the operation team such as security guards, janitors, gardeners and handymen to work effectively and efficiency.
• Coordinate construction workers and subcontractors.
• Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory of the Borey ELT.
• Review the work progress on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status of the whole construction at site.
• Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
• Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses.
• Other tasks assigned by Project Manager.
