Job Description
- Responsible for product technical support.
- Support Sales team in releasing items in the market
- Technical assistance for products throughout construction.
- Handle, analyse and report of technical complaints occurring at customers, communicate with manager for the action plan.
- Report directly to the branch manager on the status of the work.
- Conduct weekly technical reports for ongoing projects.
- Conduct weekly work plan reports.
- Perform all other duties assigned by manager.
Job Requirement
- Cambodian or Vietnamese who lives in Cambodia – age: from 24 to 35
- University degree or higher, majoring in Construction/ Materials/ Chemical Technology
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the field of construction / building materials
- Willing to learn and ready to adapt to new environments
- Patience, basic communication skills and self-learning ability
- Fluent communication in English (communication ability in Vietnamese/Chinese is an advantage)
- Dynamic, enthusiastic and proactive in work.
- Ability to work well in a team, sociability, cooperation and support with colleagues and related departments.
