Job Description
Handle all aspect of the Bank's design and architectural drawing standard
Site visit and inspect on Bank’s construction
Liaison with builders on design and construction works
Supervise and coordinate the main contractors and its nominated sub-contractors
works
Check the key stages of construction process versus the construction agreement to
ensure construction agencies fully comply with the design and achieve the assigned
deadline
Attend site meeting, survey and conduct spot check before, during, end and post of
construction to ensure the quality and follow the standard, and to evaluate the ethics of
contractors and suppliers
Assist and prepare the flow of office set-up work
Compile reports of project management
Assist others property related works
Job Requirement
Bachelor degree in Architecture or equivalent.
3 year related working experience in design/construction firms with complex project,
and financial services organizations experience will be an advantage.
Strong knowledge of particular design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp)
Experience in organizing and leading financial branch setup management
Good inter-personal skills, clean presentation, and communication experience
Ability to work independently without close supervision
Good written and spoken communication skills, both in English and Khmer
Honest, positive attitude and self-starter
