Job Description
• Assist SM Unit Manager to supervise, guide, and monitor the SM officers in performing their tasks.
• Provide Social Performance Management (SPM)/ESG training to LOLC’s staffs and management.
• Support and assist the SM Unit Manager to handle works related to SPM/ESG in LOLC such as, Poverty Measurement Tool, Client Protection Principle (CPP), SPI4 standard, collect and write client story.
• Coordinate and support to the branch staffs to implement social performance and environment policy.
• Support and deliver SPM/ESG activities such as, financial education awareness, social events and social campaigns.
• Propose budget and submits financial education awareness training proposal for approval.
• Support the SM Unit Manager in doing the report related to social performance and environmental for lenders and partners. For example, social indicators tracking and analysis.
• Perform other tasks assigned by SM Unit Manager.
Job Requirement
• BA in Management, Finance, Banking or related fields.
• Minimum 01 year-experience related to social performance with financial institution.
• Understand about databases and MIS systems.
• Good analytical and skepticism skills.
• Good written and verbal communication in English
