Job Description
• Supervise and oversee the project ensuring that the client’s specification and requirements are met
• Liaise with the client, consultant, main contractor and other construction professionals
• Supervise sub contactors and construction workers
• Select machineries, tools and material for site executive
• Check and inspect all materials for site execution
• Ensure that the erection is done following FUXIN Erection guideline
• Make safety inspections and ensure construction and site safety and 5s
• Maintain quality control procedures
• Review and monitor works progress against schedule, and take appropriate actions
• Find ways to prevent problems and solve any that crop up
• Assess and minimize risks
• Check and prepare site reports, design and drawings
• Write reports and keep on top of paperwork
• Conduct, prepare and submit all necessary inspection reports to customer at each stage of the work.
Job Requirement
• Bachelor Degree of Civil Engineering, Business Administration or Equivalence
• At least 2 years of experiences in sales and in construction industry
• Able to use AutoCAD, Sketchup, Microsoft Officer: Word, Excel, Power Point and Internet Email.
• Good Command in English both writhing and speaking
• Communication skill and Negotiation skill
• Business & Market knowledge
• Able to work as a team, Problem solving, critical thinking and able to work under pressure.
