• Knowledge on marketing analysis, Institution on SWOT analysis.
• Skillful on product & procedure developments, product analysis for existing & new product opportunity in the markets.
• Competitors’ analysis & customer behavior analysis, skill in researching.
• Building the FUTABA’s branding through Medias & launch promotion campaigns for all direct & indirect.
• Promote the FUTABA’s product to be awareness to the public, clients, networking & corporate partners.
• Manage all kind of internal & external communications.
• Office decoration & information standard on communication tools & company images.
• Manage the event exposure, exhibition, website development & update, Facebook. YouTube, and Social Network Programs.
• Develop systematic tools for gathering customers’ information feedback, complaints, and deal with bad services encountered and report to relevant parties.
• Evaluate the social impact on FUTABA’s clients.
• Prepare the yearly, Quarterly, Monthly Marketing plan and report to managers.
• Perform the other tasks assigned by direct supervisor and managers.
Job Requirement
• Bachelor, or Master Degree in Marketing, Management, Finance & Banking, Economic or Other Equivalents Field.
• At least 3 year experiences in Manager of Marketing Field.
• Good knowledge & understanding of the sector.
• Be good interpersonal communication, presentation skill, team work, result oriented & good analytical skills as well as reporting skills.
• Excellent skill in MS Office includes Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Viso, Design and Other Data Analytical Software.
• Good at Khmer & be high proficiency in English: listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
• Be high integrity, accountability, and Commitment;
