• Assist the classroom Lead Teacher to ensure effectiveness of classroom management
• Manage and prepare the classroom materials with guidance from the lead teacher
• Supervise students in the classroom, school vicinity, and during arrival and drop off time
• Help the classroom teacher to set up suitable activities that match the student’s learning abilities.
• Enforce school and classroom rules to help teach students proper behavior

• Plan, prepare and present lessons catering to the needs of students on varying age ranges within classes.
• Use a variety of learning & teaching strategies appropriate for pupils, lesson topic & objective.
• Prepare, administer, and grade tests and assignments to evaluate students' progress.
• Prepare materials and classrooms for class activities.
• Enforce all administration policies and rules governing students.
• Maintenance of a good standard of discipline among students with due respect to their health and safety.
• Meet and communicate with parents on aspects of a student’s learning

• Plan, prepare and present lessons catering to the needs of children on varying age ranges within classes.
• Use a variety of learning & teaching strategies appropriate for pupils, lesson topic & objective.
• Provide a variety of materials and resources for children to explore, manipulate and use, both in learning activities and in imaginative play.
• Teach basic skills such as color, shape, number and letter recognition, personal hygiene, and social skills.
• Establish and enforce rules for behavior, and procedures for maintaining order.
• Observe and evaluate children's performance, behavior, social development, and physical health.
• Prepare materials and classrooms for class activities.
• Meet and communicate with parents on aspects of a child’s learning.
