Site survey the quantity, making BOQ, and any quantity calculation and costs for projects.
• Calculate the amount and cost of materials and labor needed for construction projects.
• Visit construction sites to monitor progress and check that the work is on the budget.

• Responsible for coordinating between different stakeholders and/or sub-contractor in the negotiation and resolving issues relating to construction work including payment.

• Assist project management with making and improving business process for customer engineering.
• Communicate with the supplier for the improvement requirement of engineering materials, follow up the progress, continuous adjust the results, to ensure the improved materials meet the project implementation.
• Responsible for the specific implementation and personnel training after establishment and improvement of the process information system of project business.
• Responsible for company’s material and equipment procurement and contract management.
• To assist the bidding work, participate in bidding and answer to engineering drawings, draft related terms, check quotation is in accordance with the relevant provision and the fee is reasonable.
• Responsible for planning and implementation of project business, establish and perfect the management system of technical information.
• Responsible for collection, sorting and classification of business information, and every trace of project information.
• Finishing and sorting business document template, improve and standardize work process, collect and keep all business letters, faxes and e-mails on file for future reference.
• Collect and organize material information of domestic and overseas, timely grasp the development trend of material.
• Communication and coordination work of relevant sections.

• Coordinate, inspect, and monitor. The required test and record inspection
• To ensure all the material using for the project are qualified to the standard (design requirement)
• Make QC/QA monthly report. Monitor all quality related activity on the projects.
• Other work issued by project manager. Review all Contractor Inspector certifications to assure that experienced, qualified personnel are handling construction testing and inspection.
• Review all documents to assure compliance with the set Standards.
• Conducting and/or participating in Client Quality or Technical Compliance Audits for Contractors, Sub-Contractors or Vendors.
• Review Contract documents for each Design and Construction Package in respect of QA/QC requirements and procedures and advise the Contracts Manager of any deficiency.
• Review QA/QC Procedures and Document Control as submitted by the Consultants and Contractors and ensure implementation is in compliance with Contract requirements.
• Review Inspection Test Plans as submitted by the Contractors and ensure compliance with Contract requirements.
• Attending all activities on site and ensure their compliance with QA/QC procedure in respect of the format signed off by Contractor’s QA/QC Manager.
• Checking all materials and equipment as delivered on site and ensure its compliance with approved materials and specification.
• Closely monitoring site activities and fully coordinating with Project Manager discipline engineers on a daily basis issuing NCRs in case of non-compliance. Reporting to Project Manager in case of shortage of skilled laborers and/or site supervision staff.
• Participating with Project Manager staff in assessing Concession Requests and Field Design Changes as submitted by Contractor.
• Participating with Project Manager staff in reviewing the Close-Out Report as submitted by Contractor
