Job Description
• Develop a vision, goals and action plan for company development.
• Summarize the accounting report and prepare presentations to the Director of Budget and the Chief Advisor on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual basis.
• Summarize the evaluation of the performance of the Office of Comparison and Planning to the Chairman.
• Develop a plan for the development, implementation plan and capacity building of resources in the office
• Prepare report and forecast of expenditure-revenue plan
• Prepare reports and forecasts, strategic plans, tax - solve audit work and provide internal flexibility.
• Verify Bank reconciliation on a monthly basis.
• Manage the value of assets and non-assets in the company and the list for tax declaration properly
• Supervise work discipline as an accountant versus risk management of the company (professional secrets)
• Review and respond to each reporting regime and provide additional guidance.
• Check the recording in the NAV system regularly.
• Manage team work according to ability and time.
• Manage and coordinate work in the office and outside the office with leadership.
• Encourage team work spirit and create a work environment to enjoy the work, etc
Job Requirement
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in Accounting and Finance Management
• Understand the tax system
• Understand and manage NAV system
• Ability to train / motivate teams
• Good communication skills, leadership, problem solving and analytical skills
• Think effectively, develop and implement new strategies to solve competitive and complex business problems
• Male or female, Minimum 30 years old
• Good English communication both verbal and written
• Good Microsoft skills (Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
