Job Description
• Manage, train, and supervise the valuation department team
• Build and maintain relationship with existing partners/clients
• Develop policy and procedure for valuation department
• Develop and implement marketing strategy to reach out to potentialpartners/clients
• Define new valuation methods and approaches for valuation teams
• Conduct on-going market research and analysis
• Check and approve valuation reports and valuation-related documents
• Develop and implement control system to prevent fraud
• Manage and control valuation data
• Perform other tasks as assigned CEO
Job Requirement
• Degree in marketing management, business or similar
• Ability to tackle the demands of ever-evolving, technological implements with ease and Strong in market networking
• Minimum 4 years relevant experience in business
• Excellent business analytical mind and strong experience in strategic planning
• Excellent negotiation skills, proven track record of successfully pitching for new business
• Male or female, Minimum 30 years old
• Good English communication both verbal and written
• Good Microsoft skills (Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Able to use Internet and Social Medias (Email, Facebook…)
• Honest, Intelligent, Friendly, Hardworking and Flexible
