Job Description
• Mange on Customer service, Spare part and Mechanic team
• Manage on customer satisfaction survey and customer retention
• Submit monthly report and send to BOD
• Set Monthly target and submit to BOD for approval
• Divide target for service staff to achieved monthly target
• Create monthly promotion and some marketing activity for service and part
• Create monthly training for old and new staff
• Monitor and Handle complaint by providing winning solution
• Create planning order as monthly for spare part stock and record all lost sale
• Make a good relationship with dealer and Ensure all dealer are applying Bajaj standard flow
• Create New flow for service staffs to ensure smooth operation and high satisfaction from customer
• Monitor on product proposal ratio, spare parts sale volume in each own shop
• Create service camp plan and budget to ensure all of customers got proper service
• Manage on call center team, follow up and data base
Job Requirement
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years mechanical experience
• 3 years management experience
• Candidate will be based in South East Asia (Myanmar, Cambodia and Indonesia)
• Utilize MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently, manage time under minimal supervision to accomplish expected work tasks.
• Must be willing to stay out of India for Up to 1 year.
