Job Description
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Drive all lead generation efforts, setting strategy, developing forecasts, executing, and measuring results
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Create, manage and monitor performance for all lead generation initiatives including email campaigns, content marketing, nurture programs, webinars, events, partner channels, and other opportunities to drive revenue
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
• Develop scalable strategies for customer acquisition and retention that balances investing in mature, high-performing channels with testing emerging channels
• Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
• Develop and execute content strategy, and oversee creation of content and messaging to support strategies.
• Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
• Other tasks as assigned by direct report line
Job Requirement
• At least Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or related fields.
• Demonstrated business development, sales, or marketing experience.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication, negotiation, Presentation, and leadership and management skills.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented and persuasive.
