• Develop and update IT & Digital Risk Management policy and procedure.
• Involve with UAT and risk assessment with new/change system before launching.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist ISA Director to plan the department’s goals and budgets to support the organization’s goal.
- Lead and monitor the resource to achieve the department’s goals with high performance.
- Project tracking and time management on all related tasks.
- Evaluate performance and guide subordinates to maximize the outcomes
- Manage and coordinate on switchover plan of Core Banking System, ATM or Mobile Banking or any critical system to DR in case of critical issue or testing case and to ensure DR is functioned well.
- Manage patching, security enhancement and monitor resource utilization on server, storage, and database.
- Manage and control system inventory.
- Manage and perform necessary action to monitor the workload of the system and perform database and system tuning.
- Manage and monitor integrated systems such as ATM Switching, API, etc.- Consolidate system up time and monthly report to ISA Director.
- Provide support/consultation/solution on infrastructure/database to meet business requirement.
- Manage and monitor the system performance in optimal state and smoothly running 24/7.

- Monitor and configure Active Data Guard configuration, Real Application Cluster (RAC), Golden Gate, and troubleshooting the issue.
- Install and configure Oracle Database software and create new database system as business requirement.
- Control and manage the existing database on Core Banking System, ATM, Mobile Banking System, LOS, Data Warehouse and troubleshoot especially database backup and restoration.
- Administrate and perform patching on the database system and SQL Tuning, performance tuning.
- Manage and control data masking on critical database is properly done.
- Work with support team to solve the database issue.
- Administrate on security of all databases system and perform regular securities monitoring to identify any possible intrusions.
- Support other related units, branches or departments to resolve the issue on critical system.
- Implement the Disaster Recovery, Data Continuity Plan on Database with other related critical system.
- Verify the existing procedure/guideline or new system deployment procedure/guideline to meet up to date.
- Manage team to complete the tasks assigned by management and establish the activities plan.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop user guide and guideline regarding to Payment services.
- Develop application as java or asp.net to support Payment system.
- Find out any negative activities in operation Payment service as well as non-compliance of policies, forms’ completion, or any other further mistakes in branches/merchant.
- Assist control in all aspects of local Payment operations by providing support to assigned branch Payment personnel.
- Perform Payment systems audits.
- Assist in implementation and ongoing training. Coordinate personnel transitions that may be needed to support the system and/or process.
