Job Description
• Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, and other topographical or geologic data to plan projects.
• Plan and design any structures, following construction standards, using design software and drawing tools.
• Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety standards.
• Direct construction, operations, and maintenance activities at project site.
• Direct or participate in surveying to lay out installations and establish reference points, grades, and elevations to guide construction.
• Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility.
• Develop and train staff to ensure high skill levels and technical competence.
• Respect of Health and safety procedures
Job Requirement
• More than Three years of experience in Electrical engineering
• Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD,Civil 3D or similar
• Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, regulatory approvals etc
• Project management and supervision skills
• Bachelor or Master Degree in any related field is required.
• Good in Speaking/Reading/Writing Khmer and English are required.
• Ability to analyse practices, methods and procedures and recommends new procedures.
• Ability to work effectively with concerned authorities, engineers, vendors, client, and back office department.
• Good skills about Health and safety procedures
• Professionalism, honesty, integrity and teamwork.
• Smart, flexible, able to work under pressure and complete work with deadline.
