Job Description
• Implement development in architectural design and drawing
• Acquire basic knowledge to execute Architectural Works Quantity Take-off tasks.
• Utilize Adobe Photoshop for general tasks
• Demonstrate intermediate-level proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Lumion 3D Render, and Sketchup 3D Modeling for performing complex tasks
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth collaboration
• Contribute to documentation and planning processes
• Performs other tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor
Job Requirement
• A recognized bachelor’s degree in Architectural Field or equivalent
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in the role
• Good command of English communication both spoken and written
• Highly detail-oriented with strong accuracy and precision
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in a Construction Company will be an advantage
