Job Description
• Control all submissions (drawing, material, method, RFA, RFI, etc.
• Coordinate subcontractor tor with response document.
• Summary all submission
• Support administrative and secretarial work and Report to top management
• Prepare the Minutes of the meeting for the construction manager and arrange a meeting.
• Manage the implementation of support staff personnel contractual agreements.
allocate document number to internally prepared document and incoming documentation
• collect scan and upload document following set procedures.
• Other tasks assigned by General Manager and Deputy General Manager
Job Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil and Engineering
• At least 4 years -of experience in Admin or Document Controller
• Be able to communicate in English;
• Be good at communication and problem-solving;
• Positive mindset and willingness to challenge with new things;
• High Responsibility and honesty;
• Work well under pressure to meet the deadline.
