• Responsible for mix designs, cost reduction and assist in pricing exercises and act as the first point of communication contact for internal and external clients, manage documents and customer complaints.
• Manage raw materials for proper inspection using equipment following ASTM-C33 material standards to ensure all material tests are correctly conducted and supported by documentary evidence and that calibrated equipment is used.
• Work closely with Branch Managers to provide needed resources to drive operations to high-class performance levels including benchmarking them against industry standards and key competitors.
• Strengthen technical knowledge and practice in producing accurate Mix Design standards guaranteed and the quality of supply to customers and provide additional knowledge to employees to understand the technique.
• Identify and improve a safe working environment in the operation and report procedures of the business and maintain QA records and testing standards.
• Ensure new or revised QA documentation is issued to staff and provide continuous assessment and improved QA and QC systems and performance.
