Job Description
- Perform land surveying duties.
- Trace property lines, create mapping, and survey land.
- Implement in accordance with construction plans.
- Maintain records of surveys and maps.
- Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, and reports of legal descriptions of surveys.
- Verifying data and calculations of land survey.
- Recording results of surveys.
- Calculating the measurements of boundaries.
- Instruct and train subordinates on proper land surveying processes, techniques.
- Communicate with public and government officials.
- Research legal documents, survey records, and land titles to clarify information about property boundaries.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2 years experienced.
- Good communication, good in English both written and spoken.
- Enthusiastic person, analytical thinking, have a self-disciplined and able to work under the pressure.
