Job Description
• Taking ownership of customer-reported issues and ensuring that problems are resolved.
• Conducting research, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and finding solutions to resolve system issues.
• Following standard procedures to properly escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
• We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide enterprise-level assistance to our customers. You will diagnose and troubleshoot issues within our system and help customers efficiently utilize our products.
• The responsibilities of a Technical Support Engineer include resolving various issues. You will use chat applications to provide quick answers to customers' IT-related problems that are straightforward. For more complex issues requiring detailed guidance, you will contact
customers and/or provide clear instructions and technical manuals in writing.
• To be qualified for this role, you should hold a degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or experience. Additional technical expertise or certifications in similar areas would be advantageous. If you enjoy helping people with problem-solving and can explain technical details clearly, we'd like to meet you.
• Above all, you will be someone our customers trust. They will appreciate your timely and reliable guidance for their technical issues.
Job Requirement
• Minimum of 1 year of proven work experience in roles such as Technical Support Engineer
or similar.
• Hands-on experience with Windows/MacOS operating systems.
• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to provide step-by-step technical guidance in written form.
