• In charge of building construction QS activities and contractor management.
• Supervise and coordinate the QS Department.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
• Strong communication skills and commercial acumen.
• Good understanding of the local construction market and regulation.
• Good Interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to work well alone and good teamwork.
• Fluency in English, and Mandarin is preferred.
