• To obtain the client's feedback for improvement.
• To make sure the presentation drawings are self-explanatory and impressive.
• To make sure all the tasks are assigned to the appropriate studio artists.
• To make feasibility and budgeting reports for the interior design project.
• To make a shortlist of vendors and contractors for the next stage of on-site work execution.
• To make project execution task schedules for various vendors and contractors.
• To define task execution and finishing timelines for contractors.
• To make sure the concept and working drawing are presented for the client's approval within the given timeline.
• To make sure all the documentation formalities have been mutually agreed upon and timely met.
• Other tasks assigned by the Sr. Project Manager, GM, and CEO.
