Job Description
- Based on Archirectural drawing to make and complete the Structural drawing of civil construction.
- Calculation Bill of quantities (BOQ) and estimate cost.
- Pricing of all element of the project
- Understand everything price related to construction material such as civil, structure, finishing...etc.
- Prepare or check all company quotation before submit to client
- Budget control for each site and warning
- Search for team construction team to work on site.
- Manage, supervise and control the team's construction quality.
- Go on site inspection when required
- Other tasks assigned by Board of Director.
Job Requirement
+ Bachelor's degree in an engineering field.
+ Priority is given to having proof of cost estimation and quantity take-off measurements according to design drawings.
+ Proficient in using estimating software: G8, F1, Eta, Accitt, Delta and work-related software: Revit, 3D Max, Sketchup, AutoCAD, ...
+ Minimum 2 years of experience working in a similar position
