Job Description
- Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project (or a package), ensuring that the client’s specifications and requirements are met, reviewing progress and liaising with quantity surveyors to monitor costs
- Coordinating and supervising construction workers
- Knowledge of fitting out materials
- Making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety
- Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings
- Writing reports and keeping on top of paperwork
- Assessing and minimizing risk in construction
Job Requirement
- Graduated in Architecture .
- At last 3 years of work experience in the field of construction ( at last 1 year in fitting out work experience )
- Good communication in English
- Good in computer skills (Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, …)
- Good in leadership skills and problem solving
- Hard working and team work
