Job Description
• Assist the supervisor to develop and implement 5D BIM in the company
• Research and develop the standard 5D BIM visualization and database
• Carry out coordination with the Design and Engineering Department to get quantities of work
• Carry out coordination with the team to get the bill of materials
• Carry out coordination with the planning team to get the construction and material delivery schedules
• Develop a 5D BIM model for a construction project
• Monitoring and Preparing the Construction Progress with a 5D BIM Model
• Continue improvement on Standard 5D BIM
• Performs other tasks and projects assigned by the direct supervisor
Job Requirement
• A recognized bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• A minimum of 7-year experience in the role
• Being knowledgeable of the BIM Process is an added advantage
• Good command of English communication both spoken and written
• Proficient in 5D BIM Software
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Proactive, take initiative, detail-oriented, and able to work fast under pressure
