Job Description
• Collect different quotes from subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Analyze company data, monitor budgets and prices using software packages.
• Review and assess cost estimates.
• Identify labor, material, costs and time requirements
• Prepare detailed cost estimate reports.
• Conduct regular risk assessments.
• Present complex and detailed reports to management
Job Requirement
• Bachelor degree in Architect / Interior / Engineer /
• 5 years’ experience with Interior construction company or construction consulting company (preferable)
• Knowledge of Interior Design or Engineer or Architect (preferable)
• Age 27 – 35 years
• Good computer literacy is essential (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
