• Check DD design drawings and report to the direct supervisor the findings.
• Check coordination among Architectural, Structural, and MEP drawings at DD Stage.
• Check coordination of CDR among Architectural, Structural, and MEP drawings completion.
• Keep Standard Detail Inventory from DD projects and Shop Drawing files.
• Work out and standardize Design Detail for all projects.
• Lead team to perform inspections to get the work output matches the design requirement, quality, and standard.
• Review the site document related.
• Follow the planning breakdown to be completed and assist the team to execute proper construction sequences.
• Follow construction schedule with ARC, MEP, Structure, and other External Specialists following both Design and Project Master schedules.
• Lead team to identify structure, MEP, and Architecture clashing problems on site.
• Review and check output assure the quality of work done is according to the requirement and standards of the company.
