Job Description
• Meet with stakeholders and determine their needs and requirements.
• Manage the design projects from concept development.
• Develop and present project proposals to the stakeholders for an alignment.
• Adjust designs and plans to meet the stakeholder's needs.
• Prepare drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
• Conduct research and compile reports on feasibility and environmental impact.
• Comply with safety standards and local planning regulations.
• Determine and adhere to budgets and timelines.
• Manage project teams and collaborate with other construction professionals.
• Other tasks assigned by Site Manager.
Job Requirement
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, or similar.
• Previous experience as an Architect preferred.
• Excellent technical drawing skills.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and software programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Newforma, etc.
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards.
• Strong creative and visualization skills.
