Job Description
o Assisting Marketing Manager in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.
o Planning and monitoring the ongoing company presence on social media ((Tiktok, Facebook etc.).
o Launching optimized online advertisements to increase company and brand awareness.
o Planning and monitoring the ongoing company presence on social media Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness.
o Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.).
o Preparing online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels.
o Providing creative ideas for content marketing. Working with Digital Development & IT to update website.
o Collaborating with designers to improve user experience.
o Measuring performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.).
o Acquiring insight in online marketing trends and keeping strategies up-to-date.
o Maintaining partnerships with media agencies and vendors.
o Supporting HR department on social media posting and press release on CSR activities.
o Perform any other tasks as assigned by line manager.
o Meetings & Others
o Attend meetings as required. Participate in learning & development activities.
o Participate in company events when and where required.
o Set yearly goals & KPIs and participate yearly performance review.
o Obtain regular coaching & mentoring from direct supervisor and HoD
Job Requirement
• Years of Experience:
o A minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar role in large scale and premium properties service or hospitality.
o Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM
o Education:
o Bachelor or associate degree in business management, economics or marketing.
o Essential Skills:
o Desire to work with people of diverse backgrounds, cultures, and perspective.
o Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to be flexible and responsive to changing priorities.
o Skills and experience in creative content writing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Computer’s program:
o Good Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
o Languages:
o Good English communication skill.Excellent Khmer communication skill.
o Personal Qualification:
o Diplomacy and client interaction skills.
o Understanding of building operations, defect spotting. Ability to multi-task.
o Pro-active management style. Ability to achieve a win/win outcome for all parties.
