Job Description
• Sales implementation & activities
o Supervising a team of up to 5 salesmen, ensuring the collecting of sales order, distribution and introducing company products to customers.
o Wastage control for all routes and outlets under his supervision.
o Ensure all customer data integrity is continually updated and correct.
o Support Team Leader to communicate sales strategies and assist to implement toward achievement of corporate sales objectives.
o Supervise and access sub-ordinates’ performance of team to make sure that best practices are implemented, results are monitored; and high-performance standards are maintained and regularly adhered to.
o Evaluating information related to sales, promotions, competitors, and market research.
o Be responsible for taking care keys accounts.
o Ensure that all routes under his supervision have the correct quantity and mix of saleable product to service their outlets daily as per the company must stock list.
o Review daily the service levels and sales volume and wastage performance by route with each salesman in his team. This should be measured against the salesman’s agreed route plan.
o Responsible for the achievement of distribution targets under his area of supervision.
o Responsible to ensure that salesmen under his control reconcile their truck stocks and cash deposit daily to Admin Department.
o Support to develop and implement marketing, communication and event strategy and plans if any.
o Product Development
o Meet customer regularly to find out customer’s needs and wants, then support of sales team.
o Negotiate and communicate well with suppliers & customers.
o Able to do data analysis and planning.
o People Development
o Creating an enthusiastic and successful sales environment focusing on thinking and challenging the norm in business.
o Develop competencies and processes required to create an effective and efficient sales team.
o Provide leadership through effective communication of vision, active coaching and development while comparing sales results to goals and taking appropriate action to correct when necessary.
Job Requirement
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business or Sales & Marketing or related.
• 3-5 years of sales experience as a FMCG and good market knowledge in FMCG products
• Must have Manual (B) Driving license and be able to drive Tuk Tuk and 1.5-ton truck.
• Know how to use mobile application in Andriod.
• Good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
