-Understand the work progress.
-Understand the project schedule and deadline.
-Arrange meeting with sub-contractor before start work & during working.
-Explain the detail work to each sub-contractor (make sure they are clearly understanding)
-Inform policy during working hour.
-Inspection working process the quality and finishing work.
-Arrange schedule for the next step of work at least one day before date.
-On site material order
-On site Problem solving.
-Check sub-con work for payment request.
-Preparing site report (problem facing, Solution….)
