Job Description
• Systems/applications availability management as agreed with business;
• Key operational matrices and reporting of all applications, early warning reporting;
• Monitoring and support transactions of all channels integrating with ESB, deploying new fix and changes from vendors and Platform & Enterprise Solution (PES) team;
• Study the challenges of stakeholders and initiate to enhance with monitoring, troubleshooting tools and automate by internal development or Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platform;
• Join in projects to give supports, deployment, 2nd level support and escalating to EPS or Vendor with some analysis of root causes for solution;
• Ensure of 24x7x365 up and running of: ESB, ATM, ATM CSS, Mobile Banking, FAST, LOS, EWS, Web reporting application and other customer self-service applications with capability to troubleshooting for issue;
• Supporting all non-core applications excluding digital channels;
• Actively in the change request processes such as ERP, EPM, Fix Asset, Service-Now;
• Involving in back-end application projects ERPM, IFRS, HCM, Fix Assets, Service-Now (ITSM platform);
• Provide support in developing plans and strategies to improve system integration/none core application.
Job Requirement
• Minimum 5 years in IT application services/ production support with 2 years in Application Management of CBS T24, ATM, Mobile Banking, ...
• Experiences in ERP Oracle, Unix scripting, JBOSS, JBASE;
• Web services development and integrations;
• Experienced in Digital and cloud platform;
• IT Programming and DBA experiences.
