Job Description
• Perform ad-hoc web application maintenance
• Perform installation of hardware & software
• Provide user support for internal 3rd party applications
• Sets up and manages M365 users accounts and emails for all user devices
• Manage company’s IT assets and inventory updating
• Improve existing internal system and processes
• Collaboration with external vendors for change requests and incident reporting
• Working with IT & Internet providers to fix the internet issues
• Complete any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the manager
• Other tasks will assigned by supervisor
Job Requirement
• Bachelor’s of degree in IT or related field/reference
• At least 1-2 years of experience in IT/Web development
• Experience and knowledge with C#, PHP, HTML, CSS, Java, JavaScript and XML, ASP.Net
• Experience with database such as MySQL, SQL server, and web services
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software systems
• Basic knowledge of computer networks
• High flexibility, be able to work under pressure and cope with rapid changes and new challenges
• Good command of English spoken and written
• Open communication, enthusiasm, reliability
• Ability to work independently and as a team
