Job Description
• Welcoming and assisting walking clients, insurance consultants, and visitors
• Taking care the over tidiness and cleanliness of the office
• Answering enquiry and assisting in communication
• Screening insurance proposal form submitted by ICs by making sure that key information are dully completed before accepting the proposal form
• Capturing proposal form in to ISF system and sending those proposal form to head office at Vattanac Tower
• Keeping accurate record of proposal submission and report it correctly
• Assisting the overall administrative works and other related works at sale and training office
• Other tasks or works assign be supervisor.
Job Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant degrees
• In lieu of the above, 1-2 years of experience in related fields.
• Well versed in MS Office particularly Words, Excel,
• Good command of spoken and written Khmer and English language,
• Good organizational skills, completes and finishes work on time,
• Good understanding of process, controls and methods,
• Able to identify root cause, and suggest corrective and preventive actions,
• Works as a team player, good interpersonal and communication skills.
