• Provide a good steel design that can have vales to all concerned parties
• Advise sales, site people, contractors, customers, suppliers with the best knowledge in Engineering to ensure the work can be done and safely
• Always step up to the design solution with the right Code and regulations to ensure the work can be done based on the codes and regulations
• Advise the concerned parties if found any unsafety working either at the office, the site, or the factory
• Develop and design procedures to ensure systems and workflow are corrected and traceable
• Provide Engineering Training to the concerned designs and draftsman staff promptly
• Always monitor Work KPIs weekly and monthly. Consult with managers for improvement and actions so that KPIs can be achieved
• Always advise the new or suitable engineering software that can improve Design Productivities and Design Efficiency, including Cost Effectiveness
• Other duties as assigned.
