Job Description
• Involve the Core team to implement ATM and other payments platform projects.
• Manage the current switching system as well as the integrated system
• Work with relevant to setup and maintenance of any required system environment SIT, UAT, Pre-Production, and Production
• Analyze the process and Operation Management to Understand the business requirements of assigned applications. Assist in converting business requirements into system requirements and communicate the need to the vendor
• Respond to and troubleshoot any issues within the CMS and/or how content is displaying across our digital platforms
• Ensure the acquiring BIN table is up to date as released by the card scheme institutions
• Works with the Owner role to configure and implement a conduit from the Provider to CMS, ensure the users and roles are well managed, and perform user access review within the prescribed period. Create reports and relevant processing from CMS
• Proactively monitor users’ activity within the CMS and lead on troubleshooting any issues within the CMS to monitor data integration within the CMS and liaise with the relevant team to troubleshoot any issues
• Perform troubleshooting as required, such as efforts to lead problem-solving by involving outside vendors and other support users
• Work with security and risk to manage disaster recovery and business continuity plan to ensure compliance with all systems and alignment with ongoing business requirements.
• Responsible for the integrity of data being provided and defining the consumption requirements for the CMS, along with the use case and business purpose
• Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirement
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Experience in other Self-services Channels systems, especially ATM Switch, ATM Card Management systems, Hardware Security Module (HSM)
• Experience in Payment brands production, operations, process, controls & security
• Minimum 3 year experiences in Payment-Networks technical environment, preferably 5 year experiences in ICT in the banking/Financial industry with exposure to the Self Service Channel systems analysis and support.
• Understanding and implementation of current and future EMV and PCI standards
• Knowledge of the message process flow (ISOMessage and API) of the transaction's internal and external integration.
• Able to advise the team within the strategy, coaching, and short-cut decision-making reporting to the management
